Here we set out the costs for the villa. We have set our prices to be exceptional value for money for a villa of this quality in this Outstanding Location. By doing this we hope to have guests returning on numerous future occasions.

 

Credit Card Payments (Paypal)

 

We are able to accept Major Credit Cards through the Paypal payment system. Please note we need to pass on the 3.4% admin charge from Paypal for this service.

Low Season:

Daily Rates:

 

For stays of less than 6 days, a cleaning charge of £85  will apply

 

 

 

Optional Extras:

 

Pool Heating: £123  per week (including tax.) (Pool heating is recommended from October to April. It is available all year.)

 

Hydrotherapy Spa: £84  per week (including tax.) (We recommend the hot tub all year round!)

 

High Speed Broadband Computer: Free (Including free WiFi for personal devices.)

 

BBQ Hire: £40  per week (minimum rental period 1 week)

 

 

Booking Deposit:

 

A booking deposit of 25% of the total cost of villa hire is payable at the time of booking. (N.B. This is non – refundable.)

 

Security Deposit:

 

In addition to the cost of your stay, a damages deposit of £250 will be taken. This will be returned within 28 days of your departure from the house, assuming that no problems have occurred.
