The villa is located on Troon Circle part of the Highly Prestigious Highlands Reserve and Country Club. It is situated in an elevated position by the 12th tee of the golf course and enjoys fantastic views across the course and panoramic views of Wellington Woods in the distance.

Additionally it shows the magnificent hot air balloons (some of  the largest in the world as they gracefully glide across the undulating slopes of the gold course.
